Ledere og spesialisterBorn and raised in Aalborg, Denmark, I moved to Svendborg at a young age to pursue my education as a Deck Officer with A.P. Moller-Maersk. After completing my studies in 1999, I served for several years in the Royal Danish Navy before returning to the commercial shipping industry with Maersk.
During my maritime career, I held a variety of roles, ranging from teaching navigation at Maersk's training academy to undertaking international assignments abroad. These experiences provided me with a strong operational foundation and valuable leadership skills in complex and dynamic environments.
In 2016, I transitioned into the public transport industry, joining Tide Bus as a Team Leader in workforce planning. I later advanced to the position of Operations Control Centre Manager, where I was responsible for overseeing daily operational performance and resource management.
In 2024, I joined Nobina as Commercial Manager for Special Services and Rail Replacement Operations in Denmark, where I played a key role in establishing and developing the business area.
In 2025, I was appointed Project Manager for Nobina's upcoming contract start-up on the island of Funen. Following the successful launch of the operation, I will assume the role of Production Manager, with responsibility for the ongoing delivery and performance of the contract.
